The best thing about this app is that it has a lot of options for customization. You can customize your own way of working with the app. It's easy to use and very user friendly. I love how it keeps track of my packages and the status of them. There are some features that could be improved like the ability to send pictures to customers. This app is great if you have multiple locations and would like to keep track of your deliveries. We were able to track our packages from the time they leave our facility until when they arrive at their destination.
