Comfortable chair, but not for small people
The chair is quite comfortable and I like its durability. The customization features are nice, and after minor tweaks, I was able to find a setting I liked. It wasn't difficult to put together alone, but I would recommend having another person come to the rescue. My only real complaint is that since I'm a short person (5ft 4in or about 162cm), my feet don't touch the floor when I recline all the way. If you are short like me I would recommend getting a footstool if you are considering buying this chair.
