This was a gift and this is my 3rd gift that I have bought. One for me and gifts for others. I love all the features. I like the ability to charge it or charge it with the handle. I am comforted that it is so. This year we lost all electricity several times. Now I have one in the car and one at home. Notice a year later. My radio had trouble keeping the station. I emailed Runningsnail and to my surprise they replied and also replaced my radio with a new one. The best customer service. I can only recommend this emergency radio.
