I was a die-hard Schwan shopper of "soft and flexible" hoses, but they changed the rubber compound and now it's rubbish. Thank you Legacy Manufacturing for a great product! This hose is soft and very flexible, I had no kinks even when trying to create them while testing this hose. If it's a huge drop I just grab the bait and go, if it gets tangled I just give it a good whip and it pops back out. The hose needs to be primed with water to keep it from kinking or tangling in order to work, although it sags a bit with no pressure. Remove before turning off the water. It is also very abrasion resistant.
