Seems to meet performance specification. Durable aluminum frame. The junction box is not completely waterproof. I installed a plastic screen in the back of the open frame above to protect the junction box from rain and water. I also drilled 2 drainage holes in the bottom of the frame to allow any rain that collects there to drain. Be careful not to hit the glass pane with the drill! Otherwise I like it and will buy it more often. Mounts it on an old DISH antenna mount so it's very easy to adjust the angles. Use it with a small buck regulator to run a 12 volt fan in an outhouse. Works well, the fan starts in low light. Time will tell how it holds up.
