(Update: the replacement pieces for the defective weight storage already arrived. Very prompt customer service!)I read all the reviews and will try to comment on key points. This cage arrives in 2 packages. The first package arrived earlier than expected and the 2nd part arrived 2 days later. One box had a small tear but no damage noted. Each piece in the box was well wrapped and cushioned. Assembly: my husband was the director and I assisted. Took no more than 2 hours to complete assembly . The schematics were pretty clear. We did get one defective piece, the weight storage pole on on side was not drilled through both sides. Customer service promptly answered my email and said they would ship a new piece as soon as available (which i fear may take a long time). It doesn’t affect use of the cage so no big deal. Love having the upper and lower cable. Really the only complaint so far after 2 weeks of use is that the cable tube assembly does not glide smoothly at all, even using copious amounts of silicone spray to lube it. I think it would be a much better unity if this slid smoothly. So…. Overall , as long time lifters, we think this is a very good rack with lots of options for workouts. One minor defect and mildly rough slide on the cable column are the only negatives.
