strange size. I bought the medium for men (height 6 feet, weight 155 pounds, waist 32 inches, chest 38 inches). The top fits well but is very long like a large size. The bottom is cut correctly with the exception of the belt - complete torture. It's a very strong 24 inch tape (see photo) and after a few hours I get stomach cramps. I gave the bottom to my tall, slim wife, who also hardly tolerates a waist. The quality of the fabric seems good, the thickness seems accurate, but in my case it's a waste of money.
