Works but REALLY needs instructions

This came in a box with no instructions so it took me a second to put it together but it wasn't difficult. Turns out it really needs a guide because I was about to leave a review thinking I didn't get half of the items advertised. I was trying to figure out why their photos spoke of a "bulb" that could clean clothes, or a small brush that could get into corners - as far as I could tell, I didn't have any. I'll spare you the confusion. If you're like me: 1) you have all the items 2) the back of the main brush where the wiper is located looks like a flat gray area which i first assumed was meant for buffing something but the Mop gets in the way. Pull the small edges; it's actually a corner/detail brush 3) Look down in the gray main handle (end part with hanging hole) and you will see a small tab. Press the tab and pull the circle; This is the part intended for cleaning the hair. PROS** I tried it first on the part of the screen that had some dirt on it. It eventually worked, but it took a lot of effort, probably more force than needed as I went both in and out to get both sides of the screen. I couldn't get a good picture after that - it still has leftovers, but it's definitely better than it was. I didn't use water or anything like that. **After learning that other brushes/parts of them exist, I looked at the other features. The brush and scraper helped clean some of the shower tiles but I don't know how much this product costs or how much it costs to use The Pink Stuff bath spray. But it worked and I think that was part of the success. I tested the hair cleaner on my carpet that I was about to clean and was covered in dog hair and dirt. It really worked - you have to make sure you're going in the right direction to pick up the hair or it won't work. You also need to remember which way it's going instead of standing it up and then picking it up and not realizing you flipped it because that just pulls all the hair back down. I tested the detailed brush on the carpet and on the floor against the wall. This worked quite well on the area of the carpet that I cleaned with the hairbrush. You can definitely tell that this section of the carpet is cleaner than the other sections. I've washed all the parts I've used with water and hope this is enough. CONS **Without instructions it would be very easy to miss all the possibilities or even fully understand what you are doing. **The biggest downside I see with this is that it's not a super strong plastic. It feels pretty good on parts where there is some support, like the gray handle which is a regular handle with plastic on both sides, but the lighter colored part of the handle that connects to the main brush is only one Plastic side. The other is concave, which takes a lot of strength that you will need when cleaning. In short, with each part, you should not press on it too hard. Or you may have to support the handle with your hand to keep it from bending or maybe even breaking. I'm not sure why they designed the light part above, especially for being really one sided; This is where you'll try hardest to use the brush on window grills, tiles, and anywhere. ** While cleaning the tile, I noticed that the scraper partially slipped out of the handle. I'm not sure if it should be that easy to do it by mistake or not. It's also not the softest plastic, so it doesn't handle tiles very well. It doesn't snap properly, and since the detailing brush handle doesn't have a plastic retainer, it will flex a bit into the main brush compartment if you squeeze it too hard. Be careful by not putting too much pressure on the points that don't seem to have much tensile strength, it actually works. I don't know how long this will last before something bends, breaks, or otherwise causes a major problem. But given the fact that it's not expensive, it technically has 4 functions in one and it's compact, it's not a bad product at all. If you want something simple with lots of features, it doesn't cost a lot of money. , and you don't mind that it's not the strongest construction, then I think it's worth it. I will keep it with my cleaners for quick and easy tasks and will probably use it most often for carpet maintenance and screen cleaning.
