Incredible performance and value for money

The night vision quality of these binoculars (and they are binoculars despite being called 'goggles') is comparable to my higher end IP security cameras. Notably, they even include a 32GB SD card for storing photos and transferring them to a computer. You can also transfer using a USB cable. They are "IP54 waterproof", which is not entirely true. The degree of protection IP (protection against the ingress of moisture) is specified for both solid objects and water. The first digit is the dust protection class, the second is water protection. Here, "5โ€ is the next highest value compared to fine dust, which is measured on a scale of 0 to 6, which means "protection from dustโ€: the penetration of dust is not completely prevented, but its quantity is not delivered in sufficient quantity be used to interfere with the satisfactory operation of the equipment; full protection against accidental contact. "4" compared to water, which is measured on a scale of 0 to 8, means "Splashing water: Water splashed onto the case from any direction shall not have any harmful effects." That means it can probably be used in the rain but you definitely don't want to submerge it in water. These binoculars have a feature I've never seen before my security cameras. You can adjust the IR levels to accommodate different levels of darkness. This means you can lower the IR level to avoid blurring the image in situations with a bit more light (e.g. on a moonlit night) and raise it when it gets darker.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

This is a good nv glass considering itโ€™s price. High frame rate and high visibility
