Review on πŸ”Œ Limitless Electronics Exploration with Snap Circuits by Dexter Rasberry

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice little set, minimal skill required to use as a teaching tool.

My daughter loved it! She is 4.5 years old and I use her to explain what electricity is, how it works and what it is used for. This is a great and fun way to put electronics basics into practice. A few things to mention here: The instructions are just that. Instructions. They show you what to do, like a Lego book. For $30 it would be nice to have some sort of explanation of what exactly each lesson or project expresses. As long as I can explain it to her, it doesn't really matter to me, but explanations should be given since it's a tutorial! Especially for users who are completely new and interested in electronics. To be informed. This is not an explanatory tutorial, some knowledge or guidance is required for the user to know what the project is forcing them to build. battery cover. aggravating. There is no reason why the lid could not be realized in a form other than microscrews. Over or lack of design. For the price, a cheap micro-screwdriver could have been added. On a positive note, I found this set attractive and entertaining. My daughter especially liked the lightbulbs on the motor and was able to explain to me how the circuit works.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
