fit 04 Trailblazer LS but small
fit but i noticed they are small and not wide enough, pads only cover half of the rotor, not sure if they fit mine Trailblazer are but Amazon shows it fits and I don't know if 12.5 is available as I got 11.90 from 1Aauto once and there is little too. I still use them, haven't had any problems, but will replace them later.
