Very easy to remove and reinstall. Pretty close to factory, the CFM is a bit smaller but worth mentioning but not a big deal. This is because the blower cage has less than 2 ribs. There is a slight on/off delay, again not a big deal but worth mentioning. This item has a retail price of $189.90 and is very similar to an aftermarket product, just with two fins added. It has been balanced and passed the quality assurance process. The cage is bolted on and holds tight. All in all, great value for a one day setup. I will update again if this device goes down.
