Saved me a huge headache
I had an issue with the internal NVME drive and went as far as buying this and Sabrent Rocket 4 1TB. In addition to turning on the device, I had to reverse the USB c. It cloned my data perfectly and the system hasn't had any issues since. My Windows 10 and Office licenses saved.
