Review on 💻 ARRIS Touchstone TM1602A DOCSIS 3.0 Upgradeable 16x4 Telephony Modem - Perfect for TWC & Optimum (Renewed) by Tonya Young

Purchased in June 2019. The modem failed after only 3 months of use. Optimum replaced it with a new modem and my phone worked again. I contacted Amazon who in turn contacted Arris (manufacturer) and was told that this product has been out of warranty for the last 2 years! Revain then contacted the seller who informed them that he no longer sells this but essentially takes no responsibility. Revain stepped up to the plate and accepts returns, but it should never have sold if it's been a long time, way longer than the warranty period.
