Just received 0.5 hours ago and decided to use it now. My iPhone 11pro max battery was at 63% and 95% after 20 minutes! Also, I made phone calls. I also use the plug that comes with my phone. I can say right away that this is a very good line. However, the cable isn't exactly 10 feet long, although I travel a lot for work and really need a longer cable. but I don't mind as long as it works well as advertised and is long enough. At this point the cable appears to be tight. I spent my two cents on this product I bought for my iPhone 23 clock over a year ago. This cable still works like clockwork and I use it every day. I received the 12 Pro Max a few days ago and it works great with the new phone. I'm going to order another one for my sister-in-law because it's 12 noon today and this will serve as her birthday present! LAUGH OUT LOUD! I'm cheap hehehehe I don't know why there are some bad reviews. Maybe they have defects? You should return it and get a replacement.
