We had a huge problem with drafts coming through our balcony door. Nothing we have used has worked as well as this product! Despite the small number of moldings (we had to buy 3 to make the door), the temperature in our house started to rise immediately after gluing! It is insulated and the glue is strong. Be sure to clean the surface before attaching. However, a little air still gets through, possibly from places I couldn't get around the lock and our poorly insulated glass on the door, but wow what a difference! don't be happier!
