Review on Optimized for SEO: Victorinox 7 Inch Swiss Classic Santoku Knife with Granton Blade by Regina Coleman

Better than expected

I first tried the santoku this winter while renting an apartment in Florida. The brand that was there was Henckels and I was amazed at how it slipped through everything I tried on. So I knew I would need my own when I got home. I did a little research and decided on Victorinox. While I like my knives to be a little heavier, I felt the lighter weight Santoku would be better. I used it for 2 days and it's better than I expected! I eat at least 2 large salads every day, so I really enjoy using this knife. And for the price. I'm serious. Update: I've had this knife for a month now and I must add this warning: this knife is EXTREMELY sharp so use caution as if cutting with a razor blade! I cut off half a melon, the melon slipped off my cutting board leaving 9 stitches on my finger. I'm in my 60's and know my way around the kitchen and good cutlery so I'm wary but felt I needed to emphasize how very spicy it is.
