I have experience in using very cheap squeezers only for citrus fruits, the average price is centrifugal, and now I decided on an auger. I took it for 16,500, in my opinion, a little expensive (although for this class the price is quite normal). I am satisfied with the purchase: it presses both from carrots and apples, as well as from greens, and all kinds of berries. True, from solid products she does it more efficiently. Sometimes (out of greed) I skip the mango cake several times. I like that the juice is denser (compared to centrifugal), there is much less waste, plus it is very compact (takes up very little space), stylish and not so noisy. Of the shortcomings - apples, and sometimes thick carrots, now need to be cut into several parts, not thrown whole, as in a centrifugal, oranges need to be peeled (unlike those with a citrus cone). I donโt like that the silicone plug for the cake, designed to simplify cleaning, is leaking a bit, Iโm afraid it might be flooded into the machine. And it's a little tiring to wash the mesh. It is very small, from carrots, if not cleaned, it can become clogged. But there is a brush and it is tolerable. The auger itself is very weighty, made of plastic, looks durable. True, after the first pressing of carrots from black it became dark green, but this is nonsense. White would generally be a terrible color :) If you choose between screw and centrifugal - definitely screw, no options. I do not think that other more expensive models are better than mine. In general - I recommend, the four is only for a small opening for products and a relatively high price.
