There are so many things I like about this software! First of all their customer support team is outstanding, they make sure you get what you need when you need it. Their online platform makes filing easy as pie. They also have great tutorials that walk through everything step by step. Nothing in particular i dislike there either. Would highly recommend anyone using them for tax preparation services or accounting firms who use Xero payroll to use this service! It saves me time because the information goes straight into my accountant's system where he can work from home without having to physically go out to our office each month to prepare taxes.
