I think you might get hurt or have an accident wearing them. The only thing that works well is viewing and magnifying the bottom field of view of the lens. After that, there is nothing good, comfortable or successful about these glasses. When you try to see the supposedly clear, unenhanced top portion, it shifts your view, produces very little blur, and appears to have a slight tint (this part is acceptable). Transitional/multifocal glasses don't fit many people, I'm one of them, but I think they have a design problem. I bought another pair of Revain "linear" bifocals and they are great in every way (Readers.com brand, Emery model). I do not recommend them at all and if you are buying a pair all I can say is BEWARE.
