Arrived damaged, box is ok.
I ordered a Professional Range unit and when the gas line arrived there was a bubble in the middle of the hose. It looked like it was covered but I didn't want to risk it, especially the gas line! I ordered a 48" line but the one that came was 4" shorter? After some research this seems to be the norm, I don't know why, but I ended up buying Krowne lines from my local supplier. Length and much better quality, welded ends and impeccable finish. Krowne makes commercial sink sprayers etc.
