Review on 🦘 Deluxe Kangaroo Tutu in White - Choice of Vibrant Colors by Michelle Singleton

I wouldn't pay more than $2 for this tutu, it looks cheap like what you can find at a dollar store. This is literally 3 layers of sheer tulle, it's not puffy and opaque like the photo. You'll need some of these to wear as a tutu and some of these to wear as a petticoat if you want it to hold up over a skirt or dress. While no specific size range is listed, I run a size XL to XXL (closer to XXL) and felt tight. I was only able to wear it for a few hours before I had to take it off because it was uncomfortable.
