This little handheld massager is PERFECT for my hands. I get rheumatoid arthritis and nerve pain in my hands quite often and the only thing that usually helps is massaging them (which is hard to do alone). I was very impressed with this little guy the first time I tried it. I love that there are multiple settings I can use depending on the pain I'm experiencing and the location on my arm. I love 2 temperature settings! I love that it has a 15 minute timer when it turns off because it lets me fall asleep on my arm.
