I'm not a fan of the nasty material most commonly seen in character pattern socks. The Florida heat calls for quality socks for busy feet. We really liked our previous sizes of these socks. Fits great, washes well, easy for a 4 year old to put on without help. The smaller socks are still in near perfect shape with minimal fading. Our only issue is when the dryer occasionally eats one. otherwise perfect!
