Review on πŸ”¬ NTK 23018 Oxygen Sensor: High Precision Monitoring for Superior Performance by David Hill

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Installed due to P0031 MIL code. Vehicle = 2005 .

Installed due to P0031 MIL code. Vehicle = 2005 Jeep Wrangler (TJ). Be sure to wear nitrile gloves during installation to avoid contamination of the sensor. If your sensor does not come with an EP coating (pre-applied), make sure you are using a copper-based EP coating. Be sure to only apply anti-seize to the "threads"---don't over-apply and never expose the sensor to chemicals. I bought the NGK because it was an OEM for Jeep and other sensors don't work well (or don't work) with Jeeps. There are many YouTube videos to support the installation. The biggest problem is removing the previous O2 sensor.
