I like that it's easy to use with no training needed at all! It is very user friendly which makes our life easier as we don't have time or money left over for hiring an outside firm just so they can train us how their software works (which in turn takes away from billings).

Nothing really but if you're looking into this product be sure there are enough people who understand what needs doing before purchasing because sometimes things aren't intuitively understood by new users/customers when using any type of program such as ours. We've been able solve many problems within minutes rather than hours since most other programs require more manpower and cost mucho dinero compared to easebillroute.com.
