I love that I don't have to buy the pods for my Nespresso anymore.It works great with Cafe Bustello Espresso.Tip: don't pack your coffee down so much. Just lightly press.Complaints: can be messy. Not great with regular coffee (or at least I haven't figured it out.) And I hate having to retrieve it from my Nespresso waste compartment each time I open the machine (especially to clean it or reuse it right away because it gets really hot.)--a solution to this problem could be purchasing multiple.Convenience: comes with a perfect little scoop and a brush tool to help load the coffee in. It has extra o rings for later replacement. Cheaper alternative to buying the Nespresso cups.Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and it saves a lot of money.
