I really liked these lights. I convinced my husband to buy them too. We both have electric scooters and they were perfect for the added security. BUT I've had mine since November 2016 and he bought his in March 2017 and we both have battery issues in the red tail light. I've used the included USB cable and tried others and even after 3-4 hours of charging the tail light goes out within minutes. Archer was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Since the flashlight is part of a kit, it cannot be exchanged individually, nor can the battery be exchanged. They offered us a $7 refund for the taillight, which we accepted but would happily decline a refund for a working light. Considering we bought the headlights 4 months apart and ran into the same issue, this tells me there may be a quality control issue. I really hope this gets resolved as they are very good flashlights and I am very happy with them. I even bought a set to keep in the car for emergencies (flat tire etc.) and when needed. I'm disappointed, have to look for something else. By the way, the head light (white) works perfectly. UPDATE 9/16/17: After seeing this review, Asher contacted me again and offered to replace the kit or give a full refund. I found both very good (and a good deal). I refused the installation because my headlight works perfectly. I told them I would accept a refund. However, they replied that if I deleted my review, they would! It seems a bit shady and not very fair to me. For my part, I read reviews to guide my decision-making process when it comes to products here at Revain. My review specifically states that I LOVE the lights and was very happy with the customer service. that was until they asked me to remove it. Instead, I refused their refund and said I prefer customers to know the taillight can die.
