I've waited about four months to report this. Now I thought I should comment on it here. I clip one of these flashlights to my dog's collar when we go for a night walk. It's a lot brighter than any you buy at the pet store. And it's rechargeable! You can see the reaction of the cars on my street when they see the light and slow down. If you walk your dogs at night, you really should get one. I also added a rechargeable bell that lights up. UPDATE The chrome ring fell off. It does not bother me.

These little lights are the best and do exactly what you need. Many reviews describe what they are and how to use them, so I'll address a few of the complaints I've read.
