It's an ENGLISH-METRIC COMBINATION and not very useful
This is an English metric square combination, which is inconvenient as the inner scale is always metric and the outer scale is always English . Who switches between measurement systems when creating? It's like getting half a trial square. If I had known, otherwise I would never have bought it!
