Review on Colonial Needle CNFK 1 Felting Starter by Wendy Rodriguez

My biggest issue with this product was that the colors I received did NOT match those on the product page. I know the description said there might be some differences in order, but I assumed that meant different sets of product ideas rather than a completely random color choice. I had a lot of colorful roving in my kit and since I don't plan on making flowers I won't really need it (I expected white, gray and black in the photo). The block begins to flatten out after a day of use. I thought this kit would be a good way to save money by teaching myself the basics of needle felting, but since I need new roving and possibly new carpet, it was pretty counterproductive.
