Review on Amcrest 1080p ProHD 16 Channel DVR Security Camera System with Pre-Installed 2TB HDD - Analog & Amcrest IP Cameras Compatible (AMDV108116-2TB) by Donald Cox

I am a big fan of Amcrest products. This latest 1080p system replaces another Amcrest system I had. I tried another manufacturer's system and was very disappointed. Amcrest is reliable, easy to use and accessible from anywhere without errors. I also like the fact that it's compatible with both 720P and 960h cameras; I didn't have to buy 16 high-resolution cameras at once. The only downside, if you can call it that, is that you have to make sure you're using a compatible video or surveillance hard drive. The one designed for desktops may not work. Before purchasing a hard drive for this system, please check Amcrest's hard drive compatibility list. I use a 6TB Seagate Skyhawk device and am very satisfied. I have no problem recommending Amcrest's video surveillance products.
