Review on 🌬️ LG 6-Month Fresh Air Filter Replacement (LT120F) for Refrigerators - 1 Count, White by Tim Harrington

I have bought this filter several times for my LG fridge. I always wonder why I pay like $12 for a cheap filter paper that sticks on a plastic square, but this is a simple product that does what it's supposed to do. However, on this last purchase I was given something of lesser quality. I used the same link to purchase the product and it arrived in the same LG branded packaging (as shown on the product page) but this time the filter wasn't glued properly. The old filters had tape on all four sides and left no gaps. This seems to force the air to flow through the filter rather than around it. In this last example, only two small pieces of tape were used, one on top and one on the bottom. This left huge gaps on the sides and allowed air to bypass the filter, exceeding the $12 goal. than the part it replaced. I'm frustrated that I'm paying the same ridiculous price for something that doesn't even work. If LG thinks this latest version of their product works the same as the older versions, then I'm pretty sure the product didn't work. do something first. This is the last filter I will buy.
