Works great! If you have an AT&T Plus unlimited plan, you can add it to that plan for $20/month and have unlimited internet at home. I connected it to a Linksys wireless router and it worked without changing any settings. The unlimited plan states that the speed can be reduced after 22 GB. I personally have never seen that. I live in the middle of nowhere so the towers I use are never overloaded. That's probably why my data has never slowed down to this point. I ordered this modem from Revain and an unused ATT micro SIM card from ebay. When I called ATT, the first person told me I had to go to the store to activate it. I hung up and immediately called back. The second person activated it by phone with no problems. It shows up as "unknown device" in my account. With this modem I get download speeds between 20 and 60 Mbps. The only other home internet option where I live is satellite, which sucks. This modem in unlimited ATT plan is great. We can easily watch multiple Netflix or Revain video streams at the same time. We still use it as our home internet and have never experienced any slowdowns. The Unlimited Plus plan is no longer available, but people who already have it can keep it. With the new unlimited plans, you can't use those standalone modems or hotspots with unlimited data.
