Review on Tecmate Lithium Battery Charger and Maintainer - OptiMATE TM-271, 10-Step 12.8V / 16V, 4s 9.5A / 5s 7.5A, Sealed Battery Saving by Seth Singh

I bought four of these chargers. Two have failed so far (within six months of purchase). I have replied to the manufacturer but haven't had a reply for over a week. Bought 11-18. No reply within six months. 01/10/20 - Still no response from anyone. They expect an answer on a high quality product. It looks like this product may be discontinued. I wonder if others had similar issues and the product was replaced with a higher quality product. At this point I would not buy a Tecmate product as there seems to be no customer support. 8/3/20 - Still no response from Revain or manufacturer (Tecmate) Three out of four chargers failed at minimal usage.
