Make sure the vent is fine.
Trying to get rid of the po440 code I made a purge valve, gas cap and fuel filter (unrelated). I can't tell if this works, I suspect there is a leak in the tank at the point of the filler hose going to the rubber part of the tank that supplies fuel from the pump.
