I can't tell you how much I love it and will continue to use it. I am 70 years old and my doctor has told me that my protein levels are so low that it could be dangerous. However, I just don't like most meats and have had a hard time bringing myself to eat it. My D-in-L who works in a nursing home brought this to see if I would drink it. I couldn't believe how good it was and I don't really *L* like it. I've been using it twice a day for several months and when I go to the doctor next month she will repeat the protein test, I'm sure it will be much better. PLUS, it inspired me to find more protein than meat and I actually started eating some meat but more other beans. Anyway, it's great! It's a little pricey but worth EVERY penny!
