I've deferred this review a bit because I wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with this watch. I ordered two of these for my kids. The original order arrived much quicker than the shipping estimate stated. Took the watch out, charged it and installed the Speedtalk SIM card which works fine. So cons first.- My first order, a watch stopped working after a week. It just didn't load at all. I contacted customer service and they refunded me so I was able to buy a replacement right away. The Aibiele tracking app is a bit cumbersome to use. You can set up accounts for each watch individually using the watch identification number, but you cannot set up your own account with two watches linked to it, only customer service can do this. Now for the pros: the watch has MANY features. My kids love cameras. I like the voice chat feature, the alerts and the fact that I can keep an eye on them. GPS is surprisingly accurate. He never turned more than a dozen feet or so. First class customer service. I emailed them about the clock stopped working without waiting a while for a response but to my surprise I received an email response within an hour. They processed the replacement and then created an account with a username of my choosing and added both watch IDs so I could track both watches from the same account. They were a bit pushy about leaving a review which frustrated me as I've been very busy lately but given how quickly they dealt with my issues I can forgive that. The battery life is pretty good. I would say the watch lasts around 48 hours with constant tracking and the occasional phone call to each other or myself. I recommend a watch protector. I have a 42mm Apple Watch screen protector and they cover well and offer decent protection from scratches and cracks. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and will buy again.
