I've bought three of these mice so far, not because they're broken but because I really like them. I have arthritis and needed something that would improve the position of my hand. So I bought one for work and I really liked it and I've noticed that the pain from using the mouse has almost completely disappeared (at the end of the day I still get tired from repetitive movements, but that is inevitable). In the end, work reimbursed me, so I left it at work to use there. I then bought one to use at home, so I had the same one here. My husband tried it and liked it so we bought it for work. It works well, no lag, auto power off helps save battery, it's easy to move around and we just love it. It takes a little getting used to, but after a week it became second nature. I have a relatively small hand with long fingers, my husband has a large hand with shorter fingers, but we both find this mouse to be just right for us.
