My friend and I completed the installation in about 10-15 minutes using jack stands, minimal lubricant and a rubber mallet. It is best to also replace the screw (not included) so you can order one of these. As promised by the manufacturer, this product eliminates wheel hop and makes high-rpm shifts less smooth. My car has almost 150,000 miles on it, but with the assembly insert installed it looks a lot younger. I would even call it a necessity if your car is uprated. Just out of curiosity, I would like the manufacturer to specify the hardness (durometer) of the product. But since it works so wonderfully, it doesn't really matter. I haven't noticed any noticeable increase in vibration/noise. I can't believe I waited this long to buy one of these.
