Very clear instructions on how to use this magical wonder wheel. I had an issue with my phone not charging. You know that because that's why you're here. I plugged in my iPhone and as soon as I moved it it stopped charging. I usually just grab an old paperclip and head into town, pulling out the lint and contents of my pockets from days gone by like a time capsule of regret. It didn't work this time. Not a lot of fluff and I was concerned I was starting to screw up the port. I tried it and it turned out exactly as advertised. A small flaw. The liquid that comes with the port cleaning kit - I removed the cap from it and it didn't puncture it. Tried using the pen but to no avail. So I didn't really use this step in the process and was really looking forward to it. However, it looks like I might be the exception to the rule. I don't think I've seen many reviews, if any, mentioning this so don't let that alarm you, but keep that in mind when you open it. Nonetheless. Did the trick and I'm out of my charger swaying with doom. 5 begins to serve its purpose. It may seem like an expensive alternative to other products, but it works, and it works well.
