Works great and pretty easy to use
I had trouble following the instructions at first, but once I figured it out it was incredibly easy to use. 1) Connect to your device (I have an iPhone); 2) Copy the photo/video to a USB flash drive; 3) disconnect from the device; 4) Connect to PC and copy from flash drive to PC. Done and done.
