Review on 🍲 Cuisinart Chef's Classic Enameled Cast Iron 7-Quart Round Covered Casserole in Cardinal Red by Antoine Dean

This review is written after 2 years of ownership. I use an induction cooktop with pot. I have a Lodge (6 year old) and Le Cruset (15 year old) enamel pot. All three pots cook great. Unfortunately, Cuisinart's enamel just failed in a controlled low temperature environment. I contacted customer service because they have a lifetime warranty. They said they won't replace it because it's an abuse. I was left with no choice but to continue abusing my house and Le Cruset paraphernalia as they seem capable of handling the cooking process. Not all emails and guarantees are created equal.
