Review on 🧹 Optimized Hair Brush Cleaner: Metal Wire Rake for Efficient Hair Dust and Lint Removal by Andrea Beavers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Difficult but effective.

I stumbled across this on another Revain adventure - definitely not something I was ever looking for - but I'm glad I did. I think the photos speak for themselves. It works. I've used this tool on my flat brush (pictured), as well as round brushes, hard bristle brushes, and others, all with the same results. A few notes: β€’ This is not necessarily fast. It takes patience to get rid of all those nasty nests of fluff. (This brush took 10 minutes.) But it will happen; you just have to stick to it. β€’ It requires some effort. I started using it sparingly, which works well enough for just removing hair, but I figured it wouldn't do it for lint. You really have to go to town to scrape off those little suckers. β€’ It causes a mess. Not a big deal, but I'd definitely put it somewhere so it's easy to clean/sweep up later. And I probably wouldn't do that once I'm dressed and ready to go out, unless dust is your style. β€’ In some cases the dust pockets wouldn't clear and I was frustrated...until I realized it only cleaned things up well enough that I could easily remove them by hand. I see some people complaining (mildly) about the cost, but I don't share that concern. I mean, it costs less than $10, it does what it says on the tin, and can save you not just a brush, but all your brushes. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
