Many modern cases are equipped with flashy RGB fans that make your system look like a San Francisco Pride parade or a May Day festival. If this is what you need, this isn't your case. But in my humble opinion, all this slight nonsense draws attention to what should be a functional element in the first place, makes your build more expensive without adding anything to performance. This case, on the other hand, is stylish, simple, spartan, but the design is exceptionally well thought out and it has what it takes: quiet operation at a reasonable price. Cable management is the best I've seen in 20 years of building PCs in a case, mounts are right where they're needed, ventilation is 100% dust-tight, eight hard drive bays are rattle-free with rubber grommets. , and building a system in this case gives you a stunning sense of high quality and the designers' utmost attention to detail. With the front door closed, the fans are completely inaudible even at full voltage. I add an extra 140mm fan on the front air intake to keep all my drives cool and ensure I'm positively pressurizing inside the case. This leaves enough room to add top and side vents or a heatsink, but I've found this to be unnecessary even on a high-end gaming system. With one fan on the back and two on the front, the additional cooling doesn't lower temperatures much, and my CPU and GPU are well below acceptable limits when fully loaded. Overall I think this is still the best case out there at the end of 2018. It doesn't get any better in categories I think are important for the case.
