I really like this type of heater with digital red display. You'll have to play around with this a bit, I also use an old fashioned little reader so I can compare the difference between the two. LED works a few degrees lower. But it's so easy to set up with a push of a button. I have them on 2 of my tanks but I have limited income so when I have enough money I will buy one for my 3rd tank. They are a bit more expensive but worth the price. It is very convenient to have a heater and an LED temperature in one. Highly recommended for all aquariums
