Review on ⚙️ Zing Ear ZE-268S1 Ceiling Fan Switch Zing Ear ZE-268S6 3-Speed 4-Wire Pull Chain Switch for Hunter Ceiling Fan by Leo Torres

Not purchased here but at a large store nearby. I'm pretty smart, but I'm really unhappy with it. The design requires you to thread the twisted thin wire into holes that catch the wire. After 2 hours of trying I finally turned to a local electrician for help. While doing this I called the help number on the package and got the most amazing help imaginable. The electrician showed me a trick with a paper clip. I've already tried one - I just needed a larger paperclip. So I went back to my workbench and ran 2 more wires. The fourth (and last) entered normally, but did not "hook" or pinch. I ended up throwing the whole ceiling fan in a trash can and went out and bought a whole fan/lamp. /2 My day was wasted. It should be simple and easy, it isn't. To make matters worse, I am sure many buyers of this product are also experiencing the same issues and frustrations and it is highly unlikely that anyone would even consider changing the design. I don't think I'll ever try again. Everything a cheap ten minute job should be.
