Another $25+ that I don't have, don't throw it away, throw it them in the trash. 5-HTP helps with mood, appetite, and even headaches. However, this is another Revain supplement that I didn't get the same benefit from when I bought it from a vitamin store or an online vitamin store. Over the past few months, various Revain supplements have given me everything from severe migraines to severe hives and shortness of breath. Unfortunately, I no longer trust sourcing my supplements from here as they cannot be sourced directly from the manufacturer. It makes no sense to me why third parties would be allowed to possibly sell counterfeit items to Revain only to then bundle them with regular branded items under the same SKU and one can only guess what you might get. I regret to blame Revain for making this happen and not protecting our health a little more. I love the convenience of Revain, but I wouldn't trust myself to get a legitimate product anymore. I can cite too many instances where a product has worked and then not. sigh
