The latches look good and have held up since I installed them. In addition, I ordered two nickel-plated clasps that were sent separately. I found it odd that they weren't sent together, but I didn't pay much attention to that. Both arrived on the same day as planned. When I opened the packages, I noticed that the color of the metal didn't match between them. Both looked like a nickel, but one was noticeably lighter than the other. I then turned them both over to inspect the back and saw that one latch had a screw that attached it to the metal plate and allowed it to rotate. The other bolt was not attached with a screw, but with a kind of rivet. Basically, I have two different closures. They didn't differ much, so I just took them and started screwing them to my closet doors (which I had pre-drilled). As I was driving the screws, the heads of two of the screws broke off. Luckily I was able to get the remaining screws from the closet and replace them with the ones I bought from the hardware store. The other bolt is screwed in correctly. If I have more issues I may have to come back to this review and downgrade it to 2 stars.
