I've tried toothpaste and this mouthwash and honestly it's fine. Mouthrise said it helped relieve my oral issues, but like the toothpaste, it actually made my issues worse. I had to use my regular toothpaste so it didn't hurt. I usually use toothpaste for sensitive gums and use natural toothpaste that doesn't work, so I decided to try these products. I think it might work for others, but for me it causes sensitivity issues, and raising the mouth causes swelling in the gums. It's strange that there are so many positive reviews. I wish it worked.
